I have a moral question related to this. Can we take photos of the others without their permission? How we feel when somebody takes our photos without our permission? I'm sure we (at least I myself) will not be happy.
I am not talking about this specific picture. But this brought to my mind the journalists and the paparazzi. They try to take photos of famous (and sometimes normal) people without their permission. Is that moral? Especially if they are caught in private life like in their own house or while walking in the street (I mean when it has nothing to do with their public life).

ReplyDeletesee i mentioned it is not a right thing to talk photo for others without their permission ... i feel pricking of the conscience … but also as I mentioned i tried as possible to not identified the baby ... it is just to concentrate how babies look great and cute on such a type of wearing ... and on my humble opinion it is fine since we don’t harmed the baby or followed her on her private life … she was playing around us …
See lots of times you see babies or sometimes adults on malls or café shops doing something special as arts or looks different or anything else and you take photos for them … and usually you don’t ask for permeation because you assume if they don’t what other to see or take photos then they can do it on private places since they know all mobiles those days has cam … and this act became common those days everywhere …
What you said about famous is totally a different issue … because journalists on this case following the famous and annoying their life to publish their personal hiding details and spread rumors … that is why taking photos is not welcome in this case … and also there is another unwelcomed type of taking photos ... the photos taken on private occasions like weddings or other kinds of parties specially the separated parties … this act is not acceptable at all on any circumstances.
