Hi, I've just discovered your blog, it's really nice! Interesting fact!! So you'd have to cut down 500 calories a day to lose a pound in 1 week, or 250 a day to lose a pound a fortnight. 500 isn't really that much!

Like yesterday I had chocolate ice cream with brownie :ops: I think now i have to reduce 1000 calories per day :D
