Info good to know

Calories and Weight Loss

One pound of body weight is equivalent to 3500 calories. So in order to lose one pound of weight, we need to create a calorie-deficit of 3500 calories.


This is difficult!

  4. Hi, I've just discovered your blog, it's really nice! Interesting fact!! So you'd have to cut down 500 calories a day to lose a pound in 1 week, or 250 a day to lose a pound a fortnight. 500 isn't really that much!

    500 calories is not that much for a normal day, but on friends days it will be an impossible mission :D

    Like yesterday I had chocolate ice cream with brownie :ops: I think now i have to reduce 1000 calories per day :D
